New Jersey Audubon is happy to present our next outreach event, Black Duck Brews with Biologists! Join us at Farmers & Bankers Brewing (8 N Main St., Woodstown, NJ 08098) on Tuesday, September 23rd beginning at 5:30 and enjoy one FREE beer while NJA Stewardship Staff discuss our new Black Duck Initiative made possible by funding from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s Delaware Watershed Conservation Fund.
If you’ve ever been interested in learning about basic American Black Duck biology, their habitat needs, and how you might be able to restore, enhance, or protect their habitat on your own private land, this is an event for you! We will be discussing all of the above in addition to how federal conservation assistance programs offering technical and financial assistance available to eligible landowners can help you achieve this wildlife habitat goal. Applications will be available and staff will be there to assist.
While the event is free, pre-registration is required. Please register at BrewsWithBiologists.eventbrite.com and see the attached flyer for more information.
